They always out of donuts. I tried them many times at very different times. Even at 9 am they are out of donuts. Today I asked for dozen of donuts but they were out of what I was going to order. I asked them give me mixture of what they had available. Which originally they said they had maple long john and jelly and etc. when I receive them it was only one kind of donut I have got. The manager at window was rude and argumentative. As she was saying they closing at 3 today and once they ran out they ran out. But I came at 11:30 am. Way before the closing time. When I am spending money I want to get what I want not what you have left. Why do I have to to wait 20 miniutes in line to hear that you plate out of the product.

The coffee I get is never the same it's always different or watery

Everything I tried to order they were out of. So the one food item I got to order looked disgusting when they handed it to me. The top of it was burnt, the cheese was completely over cooked and bubbled, it smelled like sour cheese, I couldn't even take a bite without gagging.

Breakfast sandwiches are very good

Updating my five star review from a year ago: they are regularly out of their coffee flavors, happens almost weekly. I just want an iced caramel coffee and I can't get it. There have been times I went through the drive thru before 7am and was told they had to temporarily close, no apology or explanation given. Today I was told they couldn't serve "breakfast" though the line was longer than ever and then I noticed all the cars ahead of me got bags of food. I love the coffee, when I get what I ordered and it's made correctly but I am ready to start paying double at Scooters for reliable service. I hope you can get it together Dunkin!

Took 12 minutes to go through four cars in the Drive-Thru, but the order taker was apologetic and nice.

America runs on Dunkin. Hometown favorite. Need more locations closer to metro Kansas City.

There was condensation in the menu so I couldn't read it, the hashbrowns weren't crispy I think someone took a bite out of one of them, the begal wasn't toasted, the egg was really weird, and there was barely any bacon on my sandwich. But the coffee was okay.

Greatest place in the world

2pm on a Saturday afternoon. Computer down at work for a week, no work email for a week. Just drove by Dunkin Donuts looking for some comfort food. Ahh that sounds good. 2pm on A Saturday 6 total donuts to choose from and 3 kinds none that were of interest to me. Seriously????????????? I came home to check their hours thinking maybe they were closing soon. Nope open 5 more hours. No donut for me today. Probably will not stop by there again in the future.

Lattes are good, wait time not so good☹

They gave us a drink that tasted literally like perfume. The employees didn’t care about customer service and were too busy making fun of us for ordering a cup of whipped cream for our dog to actually make our order right. We’ve ordered here only a few times and each time the drinks we usually get taste different. They’ve tasted good only once.

Good prices..1 star. I have never been given the correct order. This morning they were fighting amongst themselves, always rude. They act like customers are putting them out.I always go with hope that the new employee of the week will be better because I love the coffee..all hope is lost. Going to Scooter's and paying more to be treated like my business matters.

This place gets our order wrong 4/5 times. Every weekend we come here hoping it will be better. Lines are long. Some workers wear fake nails, which is gross, especially in food service. Today we sat through the long line and people were leaving from inside, frustrated and without their order. When we got to the window, the cashier either forgot half our order or was unaware of the entire order. Please, Dunkin , get it together....as this is the closest location to us.

Next to Starbucks I like they coffee it is nice and strong.

Remember. If the line is long on the outside. More than likely it is shorter inside. Plus you get to smell the delicious food too.

What am I suppose to dunk in my coffee when they are consistently sold out of donuts. Their name is Dublin donuts but they are always sold out. It’s like going to a pizza shot and being told they are sold out of pizza.

Food and service were amazing. The only reason they got four stars was because of my doordash order. Not only was it incomplete but neither doordash nor Dunkin offered to rectify the mistake.

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!!!Very pourly managed. You can tell the dining room hs been dirty for days if not weeks. Almost all the of condiments where empty including napkins straws sugar you name it its out. This has been the condition for four months that i have been going to this location. I not going to this local again.

Been here once or twice staff is about as helpful as you can get at a coffee shop

Went there in the evening, they did not have any donuts. Okay fine it's evening.Went there again a few days later in the middle of the day, they had no Donuts. Okay they must have sold out, will come earlier next time.Went there a third time, in the morning this time. Yeah they had some donuts, but nothing chocolate-covered, no long johns, no iced glazed donuts. Just some weird stuff that no one eats.These people just don't make enough donuts to call themselves a donut shop. As for the taste, I have no idea because they've never given me anything to eat. One useless restaurant if there ever was one.

I get ice mocha coffee they did okay on it.

Sometimes its the best drink in the world other times there is no consistency with it and I want to throw it out. I am addicted to this place and hate it when it a gross. But the staff changes so much so it goea from my favorite to OMG they screwed it up again!

Donuts are constantly great, friendly service. Depending on the time if day be prepared to wait, but drive thru iusually moves at a steady pace.

Went to try some of their breakfast food. Ordered a sausage croissant sandwich (which was surprisingly good) and an order of the hashbrowns (which were sub par). I would revisit, but will likely stick to the donuts in the future.

It is hard to beat Dunkin Donuts. They always have your fix, coffee and donuts and more.

Today I took my son to get his favorite strawberry doughnut at dunkin off Antioch rd and we decided to go inside to pick out some juice. I was so happy to see how clean and colorful and decorated the store was with fun items to buy for Valentine's day and coffee cups and also even KC Rouals cups! Then we were asked how this sweet and so inviting and comforting girl named Dee could help us this morning. Which meant the world to me bc my son is very shy a.d she took the time to listen to him talk slowly and quietly! She was super excited about getting out our doughnuts and you could tell she loved her job. Which makes my son enjoy the experience 10 times more! ...she made myself laugh and my son and we really want Dee to get some pats on the back.bc she went above and beyond and was a delightful young lady to be helped by first thing in the morning on a freezing cold day too. I'm a teacher so I know it's not ways easy to act that way. But she made my sons day and I took some notes ha

Always something broken or out of stock. Can never get what i am needing that day.

Wouldn't recommend the black coffee but everything else is awesome. The donuts are nice and soft, and I like the atmosphere.

Their frozen coffee machine has been out for more than 2 weeks! Coffee is great but they never have frozen coffee. Decided to go to scooters.

Only been to this one a handful of times but last time they were out of large cups and had hardly any flavored bagels. Other than that time it's been great!

I love DD but this is seriously the worst one I've ever been to. It's like they read my mind before I get there and make sure they're out of whatever item I want. Seriously. If I asked to borrow a pencil from them the response would be, "Sorry, we just loaned out our last one."

I have been turned away from this Dunkin 3 times in the last 2 weeks because they were out of donuts. It was at 8am each time, when they should have plenty of donuts. Also, they don't have anyone working the counter in the lobby. All the employees are at the drive thru & you can only get help when the drive thru is not busy, which is never. And then, they act like you are a huge inconvenience for taking them away from the drive thru. Today was my last time there, for sure.

The donuts are amazing, WHEN they have them. 4 times in the last month they’ve been out of donuts when I’ve gone/ordered them.

Tried going this morning as I running a little early for work. Drive through was semi busy so I decided to go into the lobby. Myself and a mother with two small kids tried going in but the front door was locked. I knocked and the staff looked over multiple times and looked away and were pretty much hiding behind the counter. No sign no care didn’t even come over and say anything just looked at me from across the store. I’ve never had good experiences here and this just broke my wanting to even try again in the future. If I could leave 0 stars I would since one star means I actually received a service of any kind. 2/7/20 at 8am

Always get the kids donuts. I have a very emotional 6 yr old. He has cried multiple times bc thisnis how they recieve donuts after they were apparently thrown in the bag!
